A paddleboard, kayak and other non-motorized toys (rafts, floats, fishing poles) are included and we employ a modern, 500 gallon water filtration system. PLEASE NOTE: No access to the sailboat, jet ski, or ski boat. Pig roaster available ONLY with separate agreement.
