Jack Dreyer

Jack Dreyer competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park with the Oak Grove Mojo (MS) during Tournament 5 in 2010. The team posted an undefeated 6-0 record after regular game play, finishing as the 10th seed and advanced to the Sweet 16 during the single-elimination tournament.

Jack graduated from Johnston High School (Johnston, IA) where he was a four-time CIML All-Academic Award selection in soccer and baseball. A pitcher, he led his baseball team to three state tournament appearances and earned the following accolades: All-Iowa Baseball Player of the Year, IHSBCA Player of the Year, all-state “Super Team,” first-team all-state and all-district selection as a senior, four-time all-conference and All-CIML selection, and first team honors three times. He won 23 games and posted a 1.13 ERA, striking out 195 over 149 innings. In addition to his high school team he played travel ball for the Stingers from 2010-14 and was a member of the 2016 18U USA Baseball team. On the soccer pitch, Jack was a two-time all-conference honoree, earning first-team honors as a junior and helped the team to third-place team finish as sophomore.

Jack continued academics and baseball at the University of Iowa (Iowa City, IA). During his collegiate career he was an Academic All-Big Ten selection. Following college, Jack went on to a professional baseball career signing with the Los Angeles Dodgers as an undrafted free agent on August 3, 2021. He made his Major League debut on March 19, 2025 and helped the Dodgers win the World Series that season.
