Blake Perkins and the California Golden Spikes Baseball (CA) competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park in 2009, Tournament 11. He recorded three home runs, finished 5th overall in the Road Runner skill competition (13.12) and helped his team reach the Sweet 16.

Blake graduated from Verrado High School (Buckeye, AZ). He was a three-year member of the baseball team and recorded a career batting average of .470 with a .603 on-base percentage, 119 hits and 97 RBI in 86 games. Blake committed to play baseball at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ), however, he was selected by the Washington Nationals in the 2015 Major League Baseball draft and opted to go professional.

Blake was traded to the Kansas City Royals in 2018 then the New York Yankees in 2021. In November 2022, the outfielder was picked up by the Milwaukee Brewers. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 2023. Blake helped the Brewers clinch the 2025 National League Central division.
