Sal Frelick and the Stampede (MA) competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park in 2012, Tournament 12. He helped his team reach the Sweet 16 of the single-elimination tournament.

Sal graduated from Lexington High School (Lexington, MA) where he was a member and twice named captain of the football, hockey and baseball teams. His football accolades included Massachusetts Gatorade Player of the Year and two-time Middlesex League MVP. On the diamond he recorded a career 115 hits, seven home runs, 50 stolen bases and 95 runs earning one-time MVP. Sal’s senior year, he was named Boston Globe Athlete of the Year.

Sal continued his education and baseball career at Boston College (Chestnut Hill, MA). An outfielder, he earned All-ACC Second Team, ACC All-Freshman Team, Freshman All-American and the NEIBA Rookie of the Year his freshman year. Sal was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2021 Major League Baseball draft. He made his Major League debut on July 22, 2023. Sal helped the Brewers clinch the 2025 National League Central division.
