Easton Lucas made three trips to Cooperstown Dreams Park with the Simi Valley (CA) organization and compiled a perfect 20-0 record in pool play – Simi Valley Predators, 2006, Tournament 1; Simi Predators, 2007, Tournament 2; and Simi Predators, 2009, Tournament 4. Easton placed third in the Golden Arm skill competition in 2006 and the team reached the Elite 8 in 2009.

Easton graduated from Grace Brethren High School (Simi Valley, CA). He was a three-year member and pitcher of the varsity baseball team. He was named All-State Second team and All-League First team.

Easton continued his education and playing baseball at Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA) where he was named All-WCC second team his senior year. After four collegiate seasons, Easton was selected by the Miami Marlins in the 2019 Major League Baseball draft. He was traded to the Baltimore Orioles in December 2019 where spent three full seasons until he was sent to the Oakland Athletics in July 2023. He made his Major League debut with Oakland on September 8, 2023.

In May 2024, Easton signed with the Detroit Tigers then with the Toronto Blue Jays in August 2024. Easton helped the Blue Jays reach the 2025 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Following the 2025 season, Easton signed with the Hanshin Tigers of Nippen Professional Baseball in Japan.
